What does it mean and how does it work?

 

Company Turnaround & Restructuring:

The Bravo Port team is well aware that not every client wrestles with the same issues in the retail market. Besides offering the Due Diligence Assessment™ and Revenue Roadmap™, we also make two specific Areas of Concentration™ available to our clients. An Areas of Concentration™ focus is devoted time spent on specific, targeted assignments tailored to each individual company's needs.

In this first Areas of Concentration™ focus, Bravo Port works beside the client to help refocus the business to succeed in its market sector. We do this in one of two ways: 1) We act as an advisor on the company's restructure, or 2) We assume control of the company for either a short-term, long-term or indefinite period of time.

Every client is different, some needing alterations in select part of the business while others seek to implement all-encompassing changes in business practices and workforce composition.

One way to take advantage of this Areas of Concentration™ focus during the critical transitional period between strategic planning and execution, is to allow the Bravo Port team to act as an interim executive management team within the organization. After setting up the strategic plan and partners, we then recruit, hire and train a replacement team using proven methods that will improve productivity by engaging your workforce to produce tangible results in day-to-day operations.

Board Participation or Guidance:

The second Areas of Concentration™ focus is useful when a board of directors lacks the specific background or market understanding to make time-sensitive recommendations or suggestions. In such situations, company growth and success could be compromised which is why Bravo Port is such a vital go-to resource. By acting as a guide to the board, we are strategically positioned to make recommendations to the investment members on considerations in strategic decisions that will affect the business direction.

The Areas of Concentration™ compensation rate is tailored to each client based on the needs and number of sessions the client requires to accomplish the outlined objectives.
